How many times have you said, "This is it, today I'm finally going to_______." And, maybe you do go for that run, or stay off social media all day, or skip desert.  But, it doesn't last and then you spiral back into negative thoughts about yourself.  Let's change the narrative together.

We've all read the stories about people who changed their lives in remarkable ways.  We've also read the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.  In an ideal world we all have really rewarding careers,  limit stress, exercise regularly, get enough sleep, meditate daily, eat well, don't smoke and only drink in moderation.  But, very few of us live in an ideal world.

Most of us live in a place where there is something, or many things that we want to change.  Maybe you have tried to make meaningful changes in the past but got discouraged.  Change is hard and struggling leads to self-limiting beliefs that make success seem impossible.
